What you need before you attend
- A completed Vita Jab consultation and a valid voucher, code or booking confirmation.

- If you have persistent fatigue, tingling, numbness or unexplained weakness, a B12 blood test may be recommended before treatment. Discuss this with your GP or Vita Jab prescriber first.
